Acceptable Use Policy
1. Lawful business use
Use Business AI only for lawful business and professional purposes and only with data and content you are entitled to process.
2. Prohibited use
You must not use Business AI to facilitate crime, fraud, harassment, discrimination, deceptive impersonation, credential theft, malicious software, security attacks, spam, unlawful direct marketing, deceptive reviews or misleading commercial claims.
3. High-impact decisions
Do not use Business AI to make solely automated decisions that determine or materially affect a person's legal rights, access to essential services, employment, credit, insurance, healthcare, education, housing or similar high-impact outcomes. Human review must be used where decisions could significantly affect people.
4. Customer communications
Do not present the AI as a human. Keep the AI disclosure and human-handover option available. Do not instruct it to make commitments, quotations or safety-critical claims that your business cannot honour.
5. Personal data
Collect only information needed for the stated business purpose. Do not ask customers to send payment-card details, passwords or authentication secrets through AI chat. Avoid collecting special-category or criminal-offence data unless your business has established an appropriate lawful process for it.
6. Marketing
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of generated marketing posts, images, offers, prices and claims and for complying with PECR, advertising rules and connected-platform terms where applicable. Automated publishing must not be used to send unlawful unsolicited direct marketing.
7. Security and platform integrity
Do not probe, bypass or interfere with authentication, rate limits, tenant isolation, billing controls, publishing limits, permissions or other security measures. Do not attempt to access another business's data.
8. Enforcement
The operator may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate or stop material misuse, protect customers, comply with law or protect the service. Where practicable, the business will be told what action is required to restore access.
